Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the regulatory framework governing each contract for the sale of goods formalised through the website. They shall apply to the sale of all products marketed through www.larentilla.es.

These Terms and Conditions shall be valid indefinitely. LA RENTILLA, S.L. may amend them at any time by publishing the amendments on the website itself.

LA RENTILLA, S.L. offers through the website only products covered by its own production and its registered trademarks.

To place an order, the user must select the products they wish to purchase, add them to the shopping cart, provide billing and delivery details, choose the payment method and accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are added to the total amount and are itemised separately before finalising the purchase. No contract shall exist until the order has been expressly accepted by LA RENTILLA, S.L.

Payments may be made by:

• Credit or debit card through the Secure Payment Terminal of Banco Santander (BSCH). The charge is made at the time of purchase.
• Bank transfer to IBAN: ES11-0049-4648-5620-9501-1208 (BSCH). The order will not be prepared until the transfer has been received.

All card payments are subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity. LA RENTILLA, S.L. does not store banking data on its servers.

LA RENTILLA, S.L. delivers orders only to mainland Spain. For shipments outside mainland Spain, please contact ignacio@larentilla.es for an individual quote.

Shipping within mainland Spain is carried out through MENSAJERÍA MONTILLANA, S.L. (MRW). The order will be prepared and handed over to the carrier within a maximum of 3 working days from confirmation and payment. The carrier will deliver the order within a maximum of 3 working days from collection at the warehouse.

The user shall have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from delivery of the product to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify LA RENTILLA, S.L. by email to ignacio@larentilla.es or by telephone on +34 957 335 037, indicating full name, address, purchase reference and date of receipt.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used, within 14 days of collection of the returned order, once verified that it meets the requirements.

The legal warranty for all our products is as defined by law. LA RENTILLA, S.L. undertakes to respect its terms. The user shall be entitled to a refund or replacement of defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed.

The parties shall not be liable for any failure due to force majeure. Performance of the obligation shall be delayed until the force majeure event ceases, with LA RENTILLA, S.L. having an extension of the period equal to the duration of such cause.

By using this website, the user accepts that most communications with LA RENTILLA, S.L. will be electronic. Email communications have the same legal validity as written communications.

LA RENTILLA, S.L. holds the intellectual and industrial property exploitation rights to the website. All content — text, images, logos, trademarks, audio or video clips — is protected by intellectual property rights. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without the express authorisation of LA RENTILLA, S.L. is prohibited.

The user is solely responsible for any infringements arising from misuse of the website. LA RENTILLA, S.L. will make all reasonable efforts to provide up-to-date and accurate information, but does not guarantee the absence of errors in content published by third parties.

Purchases made through the website and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the user's domicile.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the user is entitled to request an out-of-court settlement of disputes through the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
