Whistleblowing Channel
La Rentilla, S.L.'s whistleblowing channel is a secure and confidential means of reporting irregular, unlawful or non-compliant conduct identified within our organisation. It is managed by an independent, specialised external service that ensures impartial handling of every report.
What it is for
The channel allows you to report, verbally or in writing, any action or omission that may constitute a breach and that has occurred, or is likely to occur, within La Rentilla, S.L.
Every report is forwarded to an independent external manager, responsible for its analysis and follow-up in accordance with an internal procedure that ensures objectivity and the protection of those involved.
What conduct can be reported
- Breaches of European Union law under the terms set out in the applicable regulations.
- Actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence.
- Fraud, accounting or financial irregularities and misuse of funds or resources.
- Conduct contrary to the organisation's ethics, values or code of conduct.
- Breaches relating to data protection, occupational safety or the environment.
Who it is for
The channel is open to anyone who has or has had a professional or collaborative relationship with La Rentilla, S.L. and who holds information about possible irregularities.
Employees
Active staff of the organisation, regardless of their position, role or type of contract.
Former employees
People whose employment relationship has ended, where the information concerns facts known during that relationship.
Suppliers
Companies and self-employed workers providing services or supplying goods to La Rentilla, as well as their staff.
External collaborators
Contractors, interns, volunteers and any third party linked to the organisation's activity.
Your guarantees
Anonymity
You may submit your report anonymously. The system does not require you to identify yourself in order to process it.
Confidentiality
The identity of the whistleblower and of any third parties mentioned remains confidential throughout the process.
Protection against retaliation
Any form of retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is expressly prohibited under Spanish Law 2/2023.
